✈️ About Panchito – The Legendary B-25 Mitchell
🛩️ Panchito is a fully restored North American B-25J Mitchell bomber, best known for its vital role in World War II. This twin-engine, medium-range bomber was made famous by the Doolittle Raid in 1942 and went on to serve in multiple theaters of war, including 🇪🇺 Europe, 🌊 the Pacific, and 🌍 North Africa.
🏛️ Operated today by the Delaware Aviation Museum Foundation, Panchito is maintained in pristine, airworthy condition to honor the memory of the brave men who flew and maintained these aircraft in combat. 💪✈️ Named after the feisty cartoon rooster from Disney’s The Three Caballeros, Panchito now tours the country 🗺️ educating the public and offering rare flight experiences.
🎟️ By entering this raffle, you have a chance to ride in a living piece of aviation history during the Mid-Atlantic WWII Weekend — feel the rumble of the engines, sit where the airmen sat, and fly as they flew! 🔥🛫
